Dan Meyer

President & CEO

Dan leads the company’s overall strategy, plan and operations. In September 2024, Invictus Growth Partners made a majority investment in Campfire to fully support Dan’s leadership and growth plan for the business.

Dan joined Campfire in July 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and worked closely with the company’s founders in a smooth transition of leadership over many years. He brings to Campfire significant experience leading teams and scaling business in high growth technology-based companies serving the manufacturing sector. He has over 25 years of software executive experience, most of which involved products sold to the automotive industry. His leadership positions include CEO of Comet Solutions (acquired by Aras), advisor and Board member of Ilesfay Technology (acquired by Autodesk), VP Marketing of think3 (acquired by DPT and Versata), and Director Marketing of SDRC (now Siemens Digital Industries Software).

Dan serves on the Board of Directors of Campfire and also in Board member and Advisory positions to high growth and technology businesses, roles for which he has earned awards and distinction for exceptional leadership and guidance.

Dan earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB from Princeton University. He served as Chair of the Business School Fund Council at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is inducted into Stanford Associates, the university’s honorary organization for alumni volunteer service.

Dennis Deuberry

Chief Financial Officer

Dennis leads Campfire Interactive’s financial strategy, planning, accounting, treasury, human resources, risk management, legal, and compliance. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management to drive the company’s growth and long-term success.

Dennis joined the company in January 2025, bringing over 20 years of financial leadership experience in global, high-growth, private-equity-backed, and large public B2B SaaS and technology companies. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue and profitability, and executing successful acquisition and integration strategies to increase enterprise value.

Before joining Campfire, Dennis served as CFO at Raptor Technologies and Modern Hire, where he led teams through transformative growth and a successful exit. He also held key finance and strategy roles at Wolters Kluwer and Covance Inc., driving financial planning and operational efficiencies.

Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

George Santillán

Chief Technology Officer

As Campfire’s Chief Technology Officer, George leads Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Corporate IT. With 17 years of experience spanning technology, business restructuring, and integrating successful acquisitions in multiple private-equity backed businesses, he brings significant leadership and expertise to Campfire in support of our goals for growth and transformation.

George excels in driving high-quality, on-time software releases while delivering innovative roadmaps that enhance the value of software solutions for customers. His proven track record includes notable achievements, such as the successful sales of Veriforce to Thoma Bravo in 2019 and Kinnser Software to WellSky in 2017.

George joined the company in January 2025, bringing to Campfire a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and commitment to product excellence. Certified as a ScrumMaster and in Pragmatic Marketing, George excels in agile methodologies and market-driven product management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Andy Hunt

Executive Vice President of Sales

Andy Hunt serves as Executive Vice President of Sales at Campfire Interactive, bringing over 25 years of experience driving growth and leading high-performing teams in enterprise software, technology, and AI sales. Known for building high-impact teams and forging strategic customer partnerships, Andy is focused on aligning go-to-market execution with long-term customer value.

Before joining Campfire, he was Vice President of Sales at WhizAI, where he helped lead sustained revenue growth by aligning strategy with customer needs. During his time there, the company achieved strong market adoption, culminating in its successful acquisition by IQVIA in 2025. Prior to that, Andy joined UiPath in its early stages, playing a key role in shaping the Global Accounts strategy and partnering with enterprise customers, including Ford Motor Company, Goodyear, and Cummins, to drive scalable automation and operational efficiency.

Andy brings deep domain expertise in price optimization, cost management, and CPQ solutions from his work at Vendavo and Vistaar Technologies. This included collaborating with automotive OEMs to enhance their material cost management and forecasting processes, optimizing billions in annual supplier spend.

He studied Computer Science at Eastern Michigan University, where he developed a lasting passion for innovation and technology. Originally from Michigan, Andy spent much of his career in Chicago and is excited to return to the Detroit area to help Campfire deliver meaningful value to its customers.

Brad Schechter

Vice President, Marketing

Brad is a growth-focused marketing executive and leader with over two decades of experience shaping go-to-market strategies for SaaS, enterprise, and emerging technology companies. Brad joined Campfire as Vice President of Marketing in June 2025, where he leads brand strategy, demand acquisition, and go-to-market positioning for the industry’s leading Profit Optimization Management engine.

Brad has a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions and teams that drive revenue, define categories, and elevate brand visibility. Prior to joining Campfire, he led marketing teams at Fuel Cycle, DrvyIQ, and Covisint – all high-growth technology ventures – helping each sharpen their positioning, break into new markets, and achieve strategic growth milestones.

Known for blending creative storytelling with data-driven execution, Brad excels at turning complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers. His collaborative leadership style and deep cross-functional experience make him a trusted partner to product, sales, and executive teams alike.

Mike Stanczak

Vice President, Customer Experience

Mike leads Campfire Interactive’s customer-facing teams, including Implementation, Support, Services and Customer Success, where he oversees all aspects of the customer experience to drive both growth and retention.

With more than 16 years of leadership experience in the software industry, Mike has a proven track record of driving customer success through seamless product delivery, meeting the evolving needs of existing customers, and maximizing value at every stage. Mike joined Campfire in February 2025 and is responsible for managing the entire post-sales lifecycle, from mid-sales through onboarding, ensuring long-term, value-driven success for our customers.

For over 15 years, Mike has worked extensively with SaaS organizations, delivering tailored solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. He spent over a decade in the CPQ space working for 3 of the largest CPQ providers which are now Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, and Conga CPQ. Throughout his career, Mike has led cross-functional teams to help scale business operations and achieve strategic business outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful long-term partnerships.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Technology from Western Illinois University.

Jason Versical

Vice President,
Business Transformation & Strategy

As Vice President of Business Transformation and Corporate Strategy, Jason leads initiatives to help Campfire customers identify and capture organizational value through the company’s product profitability management software.

Jason joined Campfire in 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, corporate transformation, and strategy. Jason collaborates with leaders across product development, sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure our manufacturing customers maximize the value of Campfire’s software solutions, while also driving key in-house strategy initiatives.

Prior to joining Campfire, Jason was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Detroit office. He also held roles as an Account Representative at North American Lighting, Inc., Automotive Sales Manager at JAE Electronics, and Key Account Manager at Sika USA. Jason’s background in the automotive industry and business transformation consulting uniquely qualifies him for his role and has prepared him to add significant value to Campfire customers.

Jason earned his MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a concentration in Finance and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Oakland University.
